Sailyn Beta

Motion alternatives

Motion schedules tasks, projects and meetings onto your calendar automatically, for one person or a whole team. The alternatives below differ in how much they decide for you, from rearranging your calendar on their own to handing you a list and leaving the rest to you.

Each app is described from its own public pages, checked on 28 September 2026. Nothing here is ranked, and prices and plans are left out because they change often. If something has changed, write to us and it will be corrected.

Sailyn is our product and is in this list; the others are not ours.

Sailyn

A planner for one person that plans the week around what is fixed in it, from a sentence you type, and says plainly when the work does not fit. Instead of a calendar full of blocks it shows one task with the reason it was picked, runs the session and pays you for starting. It reads a connected Google or Apple calendar, or any calendar link, and can write its plan into a calendar of its own.

Suits you if you have a plan and still cannot start, or a timetable and deadlines that have to share one week.
